Up, drinking coffee at 5am, waiting for the sun to rise and thinking about:
Connections - Friends (old and new). The kind that last a lifetime.
Babies - Magical.
Vacations - Because we all deserve one.
Blessings - There are many.
Happy - Truly.
Carefree - Dare to say it.
When you are 7, your dreams are beautiful. When you are 43, you have to remind yourself to dream. I have asked many questions over the last few years and the answer I have received is to stay true to that voice deep inside. No matter the question, the answer is the same over and over again. Stay true--
I've been thinking about the possibility of our baby and the things I will teach him or her (if we are blessed with this gift). Conscious of only wanting to convey the very best parts of me to our little "Peach" (yes, you already have a nickname).
I believe we need to follow the song designed for our soul and to teach our children to not be afraid to sing loudly. I believe we need to lead by example and the very best way we can teach our children is to follow our own song, follow our dreams.
Stay true--
My very best memories of childhood are of daydreaming and playing make believe. Somewhere along the way, life squashes and redesigns us to stop dreaming. It's taken me along time to make my way back to my dreams but, I'm happy to say, they are here to stay.
Stay true--
